Terms and Conditions
Before completing your booking, please read and check your booking and ClassForKids account details carefully.
Please ensure your child’s medical conditions and photo permissions are up to date.
If your child requires any medication during their time with us including, but not limited to an inhaler or EpiPen, then please ensure it is given to their coach in a secure container labelled with their full name. All medical information will be treated with the strictest confidence.
If your child has additional learning needs, please let us know as it will help us to ensure they enjoy their session.
Full payment must be made prior to any session / programme / camp. Failure to do so could result in your child’s place being reallocated.
If you need to make changes or cancel a booking/subscription, written confirmation is required 5 working days in advance of the session/subscription payment to team@lionheartfootball.com.
Credit may be given for cancellations at the discretion of the Chief Executive Officer and only under certain circumstances. In the case of non-attendance, no refunds / credit will be given unless prior written explanation.
LionHeart Football reserves the right to cancel any session for which the number of attendees falls below a viable level. In such cases, every effort will be made to agree a suitable alternative. If a suitable alternative is not found, a credit note for the full booking amount (or remainder if some sessions have taken place) owed will be issued and can be used for any future booking.

Lost Property
All premises are checked by LionHeart Football members of staff at the end of every session / programme / camp and any items found are kept as lost property and taken to our office, LionHeart Football HQ, 33a
Nork Way, Banstead, Surrey, SM7 1PB, except any items found deemed to be unsanitary, which will be thrown away immediately. All items are kept for two weeks following the session / camp. At that point, if they have not been claimed, items will either be donated to local charity shops or disposed of.
To enquire if something your child has lost has been found, please email us team@lionheartfootball.com.
Please note that all articles left on the premises at any of the venues we use are left entirely at the owner’s risk. We cannot be held responsible for any lost or damaged items.
We recommend children do bring items of value e.g., mobile phones, to sessions / programmes / camps unless necessary.
LionHeart Football reserves the right to amend dates, times, location, fees & coaches at any time.
